We highly suggest you give Shiatsu therapy a try if you are suffering from any of the above ailments, or if you would like to:

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork.
Shiatsu literally translated means “finger pressure.” Pressure is applied to points on the body along certain pathways, or “meridians,” as in acupuncture. These pathways correspond
to the internal organs and their functioning. Each organ has its own type of energy as well as its own meridian along the body. The goal of Shiatsu is to harmonize organ function,
thereby restoring balance to the body.
Why is Shiatsu effective?
Shiatsu relaxes the body and calms the nervous system . Deep holding pressure relaxes the body, activates the branch of our nervous system that slows heart rate, restores digestion
and other symptoms of the “fight or flight” mode that many people are experiencing on a daily basis. Chemicals called endorphins are then released, that bring about a very natural
state of well-being.
"The eyes are the window to the soul, and the body is a reflection of time past. It reflects the love and caring or lack thereof, bestowed upon it on this journey. It is never too
late to improve or change the path on which we walk.
Honour your body and your body will honour you."
